The Clerk's Office records all documents related to real property in the county, personal property liens and military discharges. The Clerk also collects all transfer tax due on property sold and all intangible tax due on mortgages.

The Rockdale County Superior Court Clerk’s office is proud to announce that effective September 1, 2010 UCCs may be filed online.
