Citizens who receive a juror summons should call the jury clerk to give contact phone numbers, in the event of any changes.

Receipt of a juror summons by any person residing in the household is service upon the person whose name is on the juror summons.  A knowing failure to obey this summons without justifiable cause may place the person who was summoned in contempt of court and subject to a possible fine as set out in Title 15, Chapter 12 of the Code of Georgia.

If a person receives a juror summons for Rockdale County and no longer lives in the county, they must notify the jury clerk immediately.
