State Court

The Rockdale State Court was established in 1987. The State Court is a trial court with limited jurisdiction covering misdemeanors and traffic violations, prosecuted by the District Attorney's Office. This Court handles all civil actions regardless of the amount unless the Superior Court has exclusive jurisdiction.

The State Court Judge is elected to serve a four-year term. The State Court Judge is Nancy Bills.
