Rockdale Water Resources ( RWR ) is the utility system of Rockdale County providing water and wastewater services to the residents and businesses throughout the county, and within the city limits.

Water Resources' mission is to provide affordable, customer-focused services in an environmentally-sound manner, providing potable water and treatment of wastewater that meets or exceeds the regulatory requirements.
