Bills, Making a Payment & Past Due Notices

Water Bills:
Accounts are billed once a month according to districts and are due 20 days after the mail date. A bill is mailed for each service address. There is no consolidated billing.

Penalties are posted the day after the due date for payment not received. The fee will be the larger of $5.00 or 10 percent of the current amount past due.

Past Due Notices:
The past due notice is printed on the bottom of each water bill. Separate notices are not mailed.

Types of Payments Accepted:
Rockdale Water Resources accepts a variety of forms of payments for the convenience of its customers.  Accepted forms of payment:
In person: cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover)
Drop Box: check or money order (no cash please)
By Mail: check, money order or credit card (no cash please)
Bank Draft: Click here to complete a bank draft form (return to Water Resources Customer Service)
United Community Bank:  Payments are accepted at all United Community Bank branches located in Conyers and Covington, during normal banking hours. There is no charge for this service.
