Yoga Fitness & Wellness Classes
Benefits of class can include: improved balance, mobility & stability, gain muscular flexibility and strength, stress reduction, lower blood pressure, improve posture and enjoying fellowship and laughter. Class taught by a certified Yoga instructor.
Day and Time: Mondays, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Ages: 18 and older
Fee: $8 per class or $28 per month
Rockdale County employees and Senior Center members are eligible for a discount.
Location: Olivia Haydel Senior Center


Line Dancing Classes
Join the group for some real fun on Tuesday evenings and Friday afternoons. All levels welcome. Classes are tailored to meet participants’ needs.
New Beginnings Class: Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
All Levels Class: Fridays, 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Ages: 15 and older (participants do not have to be Senior Center members)
Fee: $5 per class
Location: Olivia Haydel Senior Center
To Register: Complete student information sheet. Each time you attend, sign in at the front desk and pay the class fee 


Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!

Day: Tuesdays and Thursday
Time: 7:30 a.m. or 8:30 p.m.
Fee: $6 per class per person
$50 for 10 classes
$80 for 20 classes
