Eligibility Notice

Applicants will be deemed eligible once all the required documentation from steps one and two is received and processed. Applicants may be deemed eligible at any time and documentation is accepted on a continual basis or until applicants are deemed eligible. Applicants deemed eligible may receive updated information regarding newly listed properties that are available for sale. Applicants will remain on the program eligibility list until program completion.
As part of the NSP, all clients must become pre-qualified for a mortgage. To that end, we suggest that you use one of the lenders listed below to assist in this process. These lenders have approved our program and are familiar with our program’s requirements and processes. However, if you are pre-qualified through another lender, or wish to use a lender that is not listed below, please have your lender contact our office. Due to the second mortgage our program offers, we must ensure that a lender is able to underwrite mortgages with our terms and conditions. Your lender must review and approve our promissory note, lender agreement, and become familiar with our requirements and processes in order for you to continue with our eligibility process.
