The Revitalization of Communities (ROC) is an initiative through the HUD funded Rockdale County Neighborhood Stabilization Program, known as NSP. The NSP was established for the purpose of stabilizing communities that have been severely impacted by foreclosures and abandonment. Through the purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed and abandoned homes, this innovated program transforms blighted foreclosed properties into permanently affordable homes. | |||
